Before purchasing, we strongly recommend that all users test their device compatibility and internet speed to ensure a smooth streaming experience. Once you receive your login credentials (M3U link or app access), the service is considered active and non-refundable.

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where the service completely fails to function and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable period of time. In such cases, the customer must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of activation to request a review.

Please note that no refunds will be issued due to personal preference changes, device incompatibility, internet issues, or channel lineup updates, as these factors are beyond our control. We also do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, late cancellations, or missed renewals.
